          Our Application aims to deliver behaviour therapy for youth indulging in harmful habits such as alcohol, smoking etc. It combines the Trigger-Routine-Reward habit change loop with Contingency management, Cognitive Behavior and Interpersonal Therapy. Through these modalities, we wish to deliver holistic behaviour change therapy that is efficiently personalised to have the maximum therapeutic impact
