There is a relationship between sleep habits and mental health status in adolescents. Poor mental health.is associated with several health and social outcomes like higher alcohol, tobacco and illicit substances use, adolescent pregnancy, school drop out and delinquent behaviors. The aim is to build up a proper follow up and tracking system to ensure good student's psychological habits with sleep.
