                                                     ( A socio-Welfare Platform Forum)

Women play a vital role in our society. They involve in most of the works equally what men do. Even though women are soft and delicate, women deserve equality because they are compassionate, intelligent, strong, and work as hard compared to men.

Based on the recent research survey involved by Hive a software firm made a conclusion that involvement in the productivity of women in a particular work is more efficient. It is also noticed that women comprise approximately 43 percent of the agricultural labor force in developing countries.W hen provided with the same access to resources as men, women can increase agricultural yields to about 20 to 30 percent. They also contribute about 2.5 to 4 percent reduction of world hunger. Once they progress in showing productivity equal to that of men do gender equality gets removed away. But it is found that climate plays a major hindrance to their progress in productivity. When compared to men, women are easily vulnerable to climatic changes and they get easily affected both mentally and physically. Another major aspect is that women are usually the first responders in the community to natural disasters and involved in disaster risk reduction.

But they must be addressed when a disaster approaches, they must be intimated before the calamities arise.
