          Description

We human have always tried to have some source of energy without even realizing the fact that we vertebrates including human can also be the source of that energy production process.yes it is possible and thats too after our death when only our physical body remains what you can even call as waste which is biologically termed as Biomass.yes we can't just always dependent upon other sources,it may not sound well but we also need to contribute as we have taken a lot.If we spent a lifetime trying make our world a greener place then why to culminate our existence after death.

It is strange to think even after our death how our dead bodies are contributing significantly to pollution.it may sound bad but it is the reality
so the time has come to rethink abo ut this.yes for sometime we have to put our cultural and religious beliefs apart and go forward for our sustainable goals to ensure that paradime shift is taking place

its not just animal dead bodies but also human dead bodies and household organic wastes can be transformed as the source of our energy through a special technique known as microbial fuel cell technology i.e MFC

some of the problem this solution can address are as follows

Burial space consumption and soil degradation-
we know the population of whole world is increasing significantly,so In overpopulated countries like India and even continent like asia every inch matters.so in context to this we found burial activities as a source of space consumption in which place agriculture and other activities cannot be done and at the time of burial there we found the uses of
          Toxic embalming fluids
          Non biodegradable casket
          chemically reacted cemented lawn

so burial space consumption contribute towards the soil degradation and adversely affect the agricultural activities thereby affecting the women beacause there is a large sharing of women in agricultural activies too .we once need to look at the multi floor apartment and tall buildings around us to see how we are trying to address this issue and again what we are doing.are we doing justice to this problem!

          Water pollution and problems
          rural women
-we know how significant this problem is!In context to India where rivers are treated as goddess ,the rivers are getting polluted by these dead bodies , ashes and household garbages which were thrown into rivers like Ganga etc.so
now In our country different river rejuvenation projects and movements are going on and the solution like this Microbial fuel cell technology can contribute a lot and make an impact.
As we know the one who suffers most out of it is rural women who doesn't have acess to proper water facilities like r.o etc.so they are totally dependent on this river directly for their sanitation purposes and household activities.so finally women and poor child are the one who ends up having different disease and infection beacause of this water pollution.
Agriculture-even agricultural outcomes are determined by the condition of water and we know the women's participation in agriculture ,so somehow it is also gonna having its effect on poor and rural women
so MFC can play a major role in addressing this problems.

Burial space consumption and soil degradation-
we know the population of whole world is increasing significantly,so In overpopulated countries like India and even continent like asia every inch matters.so in context to this we found burial activities as a source of space consumption in which place agriculture and other activities cannot be done which again gonna have its impact on women and at the time of burial there we found the uses of
          Toxic embalming fluids
          Non biodegradable casket
          chemically reacted cemented lawn

so burial space consumption contribute towards the soil degradation and adversely affect the agricultural activities thereby affecting the women also

          Deforestation-
people usually cut trees for woods to burn the dead bodies, which costs them a lot and yes deforestation happens but again it is not alone as the finally who suffer most out of this is a rural women as in rural senerio women are the one who manage households and beacause she needs wood for cooking and household purposes

          Energy crisis and poverty-
today world is looking out for some of the best source of energy to meet its need but now days even in our capital city electricity is used for destroying dead bodies as for poor people it is too expensive to bury or having woods for burning.
so its again going to have its impact on poor people only

so how it would be if we can use these organic things in order to produce energy rather than utilizing energy for them

air pollution-we usually found dead bodies in animal along side of the road causing pungent smell thereby contributing to air pollution.and we know how perfectly bad is today's air around us

          household wastes and female empowerment-
as most of the rural women involved in household activities,so they are the one who usually clean the house waste,so if these household garbages can be utilized and managed properly they are likely to get something out of their work and contributing the energy production and of course there needs to be some rewards for them as free electricity .even female themselves can make groups and collect their garbages to get paid and they can even run the whole process

          so
          basically
          animal dead bodies
          human dead bodies
and household garbages can be utilized properly to get energy out of that
and microbial fuel cell technology is a very simple technology where by using microbes we can produce biogas and biofuel like biodiesel etc using anode and cathode ..

so it is a small solution but can have its large impact
as India is currently facing issues related to garbage management and in every year 8.4 million people dies in India.so it can be approached as one of the solution

and as it is a bit sensitive topic concerned with people's beliefs and culture, the world had never ever tried looked into it but yes time is knocking our door to forget everything and just to look into some sustainable solution and we human needs to play our role

as I have myself seen in my village how poor people usually have to suffer and espescially the women I can myself imagine its impact on them and them ..
