Description
Total deaf population in India comes out to be 18 million out of which 73% is illiterate. The no. of deaf females is 9.3 million out of which 79% are illiterate. Just because a person lacks the use of their ears doesn't mean they lack their rights to education. Child Ensign aims to empower these deaf people to become self-dependent and walk-in pace with modern society by enabling them to grasp sign language in a more interesting and fascinating way using modern AR/VR technology. People must be well educated to make them understand the consequences of climate change and inspire them to put a step forward in the notion of preventing climate change. Majority of deaf people are barred of their basic right to education, they don’t have sufficient resources to contribute towards the changing climate. So, the lack of prominent resources deprives them from the workforce helping to control climate change.
