DescriptionIdea outline:
This solution is satisfying the three deliverables through three main components, first component is a deep learning back-end application up and running on the cloud 24/7, the data needed by the application are provided by the meteorological center of each city/village. The deep learning application on the cloud is responsible for 1-triggering and controlling the water valves for each unit based on the its need of water -already processed and analyzed data-, each unit is a micro-controller inside the field and this is the second component of this system "Arduino micro-controller IOT". 2- second responsibility is to provide the end-user predictions on early extreme weather events alongside instructions of how to act upon these situations, all of that through the third system component which is a mobile application.

Business model:
Mobile application is FREE to end-user.
A responsible government is responsible for paying X amount of money for our business in opposite of implementing this system in a given city, Y amount of money for a given village.
Also, a monthly amount of money for maintaining the application up and running.
Also, a reasonable amount of money is paid in for buying/using our provided IOT device/application per unit.
