          Description

Low cost network to monitor the weather conditions of my community.

          Problematic:

Improving climate information and warning systems in vulnerable countries has the potential to improve lives, build resilience and provide support in efforts to achieve sustainable development goals, particularly in the areas of sustainable development. it refers to rural communities. This is especially true for the little ones. 70% of Africa and 40% of Asia and South Asia depend on rainfed agriculture. Providing vulnerable farmers with localized information on climate and climate has the potential to increase agricultural production, increase market stealth and reduce risks. With better information about extreme weather events, better media results and more actionable information on what to do when it comes to the media. Create long-term plans for a future that will be highly dependent on rainfall patterns, droughts, floods and other natural disasters.

          Technological Proposal:

Meteorological station for each farm, temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction, rain, earth moisture. At a low cost it will be possible to measure the factors that are going to occur with the use of the Internet of things to share the information of a community with the rest of the communities in a given region. The information on the results of the climate of a region will be complemented with the information collected by our Network. Later, more precise and detailed predictions can be made with the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Send this information through the LoRa network to a Gateway with LoRa connectivity and later upload this information to a free internet server.

The users of these devices can visualize this information in a free application (Cayenne) in (IOS and Android) and in a server in Internet in real time, as well as in the screen of the device. You can also download this information in Excel tables.

The information of the sensors is displayed in the graphs and with a GPS it can get  the location of each device in a digital map.

Through the alert by SMS or email we can take actions.

In addition to teaching the educational way how to develop the prototype and concern for the environment.

You can also use a werablee device that allows you to measure temperature and humidity, and upload this information through cell phone data.

Even if there is no internet the station can send SMS to the user's cell phone

          Benefits:

          Real-time monitoring

          Use of alerts by SMS.

          Free app

Low electricity consumption, being able to be powered by solar panels and backup batteries

          Low data consumption

Ease for its implementation, maintenance and updating of this network. The inhabitants of the communities Will learn to do it.
