Description
Many fashion professionals want their products to be more sustainable and ethical, but they lack the tools and the financial insights to make this happen. As a result, change is slow and fragmented.
Pura Modo wants to change this by creating a global 'pure fashion professionals' movement. We will provide those that want to act with online courses, practical toolkits, inspiration and hands-on support to take hundreds of small initiatives.
And we will encourage those that can be convinced to act through branded inspirational content, meetups and a 'pure fashion professional' certification programme that makes taking action both professionally rewarding and 'on-trend'.
Along the way, we’ll cooperate with media owners, fashion events, service providers and anyone who is willing to support our cause.
We want to get get 10% of the world’s 60 million-strong fashion workforce to declare themselves and behave as committed 'pure fashion professionals'. By achieving this goal, we will put in motion a self-propelling movement that will gradually transform the industry.
