          Description

Project Akshaya with the vision to achieve the goal of promoting digital literacy among the young generations and students is going to come up with a self education online platform by implementing gamification concept which makes learners to learn with fun and play in a healthy competitive environment . We are developing a website interface which can be used by the students to take up to the various courses offered where they would study and compete with one another to gain rewards. Students can also gain rewards by inviting other students and would be provided double the rewards if the platform is taken up to the girl students. When the rewards collected by the students reach a particular target they can redeem a gift card which can be used for purchasing hardware kits and other goods for building projects. This would motivate the students to participate in more courses to improve their personal dashboard.

Teachers and mentors will be appointed who would be given access to the complete dashboard of the students to assess them based on their performance in the quest and provide virtual support to the students when needed. Teachers and mentors would be provided with weekly training on the upcoming courses and their students performance would be used for evaluating their Contribution and also the content will be revised based on their feedback. Every year the students who have topped the leaderboard would be given a master project and the students with top 3 best projects would be provided scholarship for their next year studies. Overall this project would motivate both the students and teachers to learn the upcoming technologies and help the students to settle in a better career.
