          Description

          Proposal:

We encourage United Nations to formulate a new international standardized rule for the use of quantum computer.

Even quantum computing is yet a high-level technology only inside the lab, if it once developed at the level of implementation, it must be an extreme threat which has the potential to break any security gates on the worldwide cyberspace with its prodigious speed of calculation to unlock passwords. The society in this tech era must get prepared before the potential threat becomes real, especially when we consider the nation-scale of data protection.

The first step can be to set an expert committee of quantum computing to research and examine the potential usage of quantum computing and its threat.

Quantum computing is steadily progressing now. Our society must get ready before it occurs a global security crisis.
